DIY Digital provides a platform to market and sell courses, digital goods, and printables. When purchasing products or services from our Site, you agree to: Provide accurate and complete information for any transactions Pay the stated fees for the products or services Use the purchased products and services for personal use only; redistribution or resale is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

  Intellectual Property  

All content and materials provided on the Site, including but not limited to courses, digital goods, printables, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of DIY Digital or our content providers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without prior written consent from DIY Digital.

User Responsibilities  

You agree to use our Site and services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not: Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services or servers.

  Liability

DIY Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits arising out of your use or inability to use the Site or our services.

Termination  

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Site or services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Changes to Terms

DIY Digital may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the seller’s jurisdiction.  

ROADMAP 2.0

Product License: By purchasing this digital master resell rights product from DIY Digital, you are granted a non-exclusive license to resell the product to others with master resell rights. You may sell the product as many times as you wish and keep 100% of the profits.  

Limitations: You may not modify or alter the product in any way, shape or form. However, you can brand your sales process to be your own, and claim ownership over the sales process.  

Warranties: This product is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. The seller makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the product, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.  

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in this product, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the sole property of the seller.  

Termination: The seller will never terminate this agreement. The digital product once purchased will forever be in possession of the purchaser for resale as long as the purchaser remains in compliance of the distribution rights. If the purchaser breaks the distribution rights agreement, the digital product access will be restricted.  

Entire Agreement  

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DIY Digital and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings. By purchasing digital products, courses, or services from DIY Digital, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not purchase these products or services.
